On August 15, 2017, BODs of Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2017 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

+ Association for Condotel project at Le Duc Tho, Da Nang city with Korean investors.

+ To raise its charter capital.

+ To mend its charter.

+ To receive the transfer of stake and investment link to build the Condotel project at Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.

+ To invest in the Condotel project at Phu Quoc Island, Kien Giang province.

+ To invest in resort project at Phu Yen province.
