Transimex Corporation has declared the result of share buyback from ex-employees as follows:

-          Number of shares registered for buyback: 1,727 shares

-          Quantity of shares bought back: 1,727 shares

-          Trading time: from July 18, 2017 to July 24, 2017   

-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 9,892 shares

-          Number of treasury shares after trading: 11,619 shares

-          Financial resource: the undistributed profit

-          Average buying price: VND27,700/share

-          Trading method: to transfer the ownership from the ex-employees to the Company.
