SAM: Board resolution _ 09 Aug 2017 According to August 09, 2017, the Board of Directors of Sacom Development and Investment Corporation approved the plan for dealing with odd-lot shares in the stock issuance to raise funds.
1) Number of shares expected to issue: 61,564,664 shares
2) Maximum number of shares based on the exercise right of 34.15%: 61,550,367 shares
3) Difference between (1) and (2): 14,297 shares
4) Plan to deal with 14,297 shares: These shares will be cancelled.
