Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.455/QĐ-SGDHN dated 20/06/2016, HNX announces the trading restriction of PHH stock as follows:
- Issuer: Hong Ha Viet Nam Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: PHH
- Number of shares under trading restriction: 20,000,000 shares
- Total value under  trading restriction (by par): VND 200,000,000,000
- Effective date: 11/08/2017
- Reason: the auditor refused to give auditing opinions in the Financial Statement 2016 under trading restriction in accordance with Point d Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulations.
- Trading restriction: PHH stock can only be traded on Friday weekly
Trading restriction period end when Hong Ha Viet Nam Joint Stock Company overcomes current situation.
