JVC: Approving the 2017 AGM content

On August 16, 2017, BODs of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company approved the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders content as follows:

-          Meeting time: 7:30AM, August 31, 2017

-          Meeting venue: Floor 1st, Daewoo hotel, 360 Kim Ma street, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi city.

-          Report on the Board of Directors activities in 2016 and plan for 2017.

-          Report from the Supervisory Board in 2016 and plan for 2017;

-          Report on the business result in 2016 and plan for 2017;

-          Report on the audited financial statements in 2016;

-          Approving the 2016 profit distribution and plan for 2017;

-          Approving the remuneration of the BODs & Supervisory Board in 2016 and plan for 2017.

-          Approving the selection of the auditing company to audit financial statements in 2017.
