HHS: Board resolution on real estate investment

Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company (HHS) announces the Board resolution dated August 16, 2017 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved the cooperation to invest in real estate projects between HHS and Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company  (TCH). Accordingly, HHS will contribute capital and exploit real estate products in the projects invested by TCH.

2)    The Board of Directors approved to seek partners to invest in potential real estate projects.
