HDC: Hodeco transfers the land-use right of Thi Sach Resident Project

Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (Hodeco) announces that it signed an agreement to transfer 3,400 m2 of land on Thi Sach Street, Thi Sach Resident Project. The total value of agreement is VND115.6 billion. The buyer paid VND30 billion and will complete the remaining payment within 02 months.
