On August 14, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.299/QD-SGDHCM to allow Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (securities code: HAG) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 789,967,947 shares

-        Additional volume: 137,500,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND1,375,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 927,467,947 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND9,274,679,470,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: August 16, 2017

-        Reason of change: private placement to convert individual bonds to shares.
