DXG: Board resolution on stock dividend payment

Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Construction Corporation announces Board Resolution No.32 dated August 08, 2017. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved to issue shares for the second dividend payment as follows:

-          Number of issued shares: 285,911,359 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 250,056 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 285,661,303 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 20:1 (or 5% on par value)

-          Number of shares to be issued for the dividend payment: 14,283,065 shares

-          The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.
