Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated August 15, 2017 with main contents as follows:

      I.                Profit and loss in 06 months of 2017:

-          Total revenue: 340.86 billion dongs (reaching 47.21% plan)

-          Profit before tax: 154.69 billion dongs (reaching 80.88% plan)

-          Average selling price: 47.1 million dongs/ton

    II.                Report on production until the end of July 2017:

-          Exploitation quantity: 5,865.7 tons (44.4% plan)

-          Purchase quantity: 1,365.8 tons (34.1% plan)

-          Selling quantity: 5,992.9 tons (36.3% plan)

-          Average selling price: 44.9 million dongs/ton

-          Total revenue: 399.7 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax (estimated): 168.7 billion dongs

   III.                 The Board of Directors approved to pay the third cash dividend for 2016:

-          Payment ratio: 20%/par value

-          Payment date: in September 2017.
