C32: Decision on the change of listing

On August 07, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow Construction Investment Corporation 3-2 (securities code: C32) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 11,200,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 2,463,992 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 24,639,920,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 13,663,992 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 136,639,920,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: August 09, 2017

-        Reason of change: to issue shares to raise funds from the owner's equity and issue shares to the Company’s employees.
