VTO: Board Resolution

On June 29, 2016, Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution as follows:

1)    Business result in the first 06 months of 2015:

-          Revenue: VND592.891 million (51.68% of plan)

-          Profit before tax: VND65.714 million (57.11% of plan)

2)    Approving to invest in buying North Contender Ship Project: USD19.5 million

3)    Mr. La Van Ut replaced Mr. Luu Van Thang as Chairman of the BOD.
