VTB: Board Resolution No.09

Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company (VTB) announced Board Resolution No.08 dated March 25, 2016 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the report of the CEO on business performance in the first two months of 2016.

Article 2: Approving the organization chart of VTB, effective from April 2016.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Trang Van Hung as Deputy CEO of VTB.

-          Approving the appointment of Mr. Van Viet Tuan and Mr. Dao Trung Thanh as Deputy CEO of VTB; Ms. Truong Thi Thuy Linh as Chief Accountant of VTB for term 2016-2020.

-          Approving the re-appointment of Mr. Vu Hoang Chuong as Deputy CEO of VTB for term 2016-2020.

Article 3: Approving the cooperation in projects with Toshiba, Skyworth, FPT, Ally Park and other projects.
