VSI: Waseco to buy shares of Esaco Mekong Rach Gia

On December 21, 2015, the Board of Directors of Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment JSC (WASECO) approved the policy on purchasing 1,952,042 shares from the founding shareholder Esaco Rach Gia Co., Ltd. and the right to contribute capital to own 80% charter capital of Esaco Mekong Rach Gia JSC in order to build Rach Gia South Water Distribution System, with a transfer price equal to 120% par value.

Transfer price: VND19,520,417,000 x 120% = VND23,424,500,000.

Total investment capital of this project: VND216,062,000,000 (VAT included)
