VSH: Resolution on the change of personnel

On January 06, 2017, the Board of Directors of Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company (VSH) approved the resignation of Mr. Tran Manh Huu as Member of the Board of Directors as from January 06, 2017.

The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Le Tuan Hai, who represented 19.93% stake owned by Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation at VSH, as Member of the Board of Directors as from January 06, 2017.
