VSC: Notice of Board Resolution Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: VSC) announced Board Resolution No.03 dated June 08, 2016 as follows:
1) Approving to implement some contents of the resolution of 2016 Annual General Meeting:
- Implementing necessary procedures for the 2015 dividend payment;
- Approving to choose KPMG Vietnam Co., Ltd. as the auditing company for VSC in 2016.
2) Approving to transfer all stake in Green Future Star Co., Ltd. (“GFS”) to MSC (Singapore).
3) Approving to contribute capital with a foreign partner to establish TS Hanoi Container Route Co., Ltd. (*):
- Charter capital: VND6,700,000,000
- In which, Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation invests 30% charter capital.
