-          Number of outstanding shares: 7,999,368 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 632 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 7,000,000 shares

-          Total value of shares expected to be issued (on par value): 70,000,000,000 dongs

-          Issuing ratio: 87.5%

-          Time of implementation: Q2.2017 or Q3.2017

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled
