VPH: Transfers Block 6 of La Casa project

According to the Board resolution dated February 21, 2017, the Board of Directors of Van Phat Hung Corporation approved to transfer the land-use right and a part of construction works of La Casa Project in District 7, Hochiminh city.

On February 21, 2017, Van Phat Hung Corporation signed a deposit contract for the transfer of land-use right and a part of La Casa Project (Block 6A - 6B and office & trade complex) in District 7, Hochiminh city, with the total transfer value of 420 billion dongs. The gross profit is estimated at 160 billion dongs. Therefore, the total gross profit of two transfer phases will be about 325 billion dongs.
