VPH: Transfers a part of La Casa project

The Board of Directors of Van Phat Hung Corporation approved to transfer the land-use right and a part of construction works (Block 3, 4) of La Casa Project in District 7, Hochiminh city.

On February 15, 2017, Van Phat Hung Corporation signed a deposit contract for the transfer of land-use right and a part of La Casa Project (Block 3A - 3B and 4A - 4B) in District 7, Hochiminh city, with the total transfer value of 490 billion dongs. The gross profit is estimated at 165 billion dongs.
