VPH: Board approves the plan for holding AGM 2017

Van Phat Hung Corporation announces the Board resolution dated February 08, 2017 as follows:

1. The Board approved the plan for the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
2. The Board approved a record date for closing the shareholder list for the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
3. The Board assigned CEO Truong Thanh Nhan as the legal representative to be responsible for completing procedures and signing the documents related to the holding of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders under the laws.
