The Board of Directors of Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company approved a plan for organizing the 2016 annual general meeting of shareholders as follows:

-          Purpose: To organize the 2016 annual general meeting of shareholders

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share - 01 voting right)

-          Meeting date: Expected in from March 2016 to April 2016

-          Meeting venue: At Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (address: 15 Lach Tray Street, Dang Giang Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City)
