On March 10, 2016, HOSE announces the record date for the 2016 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders:

1)    Ex-right date:            March 18, 2016

2)    Record date:             March 21, 2016

 The payment for the second phase of 2015 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:        8%/ par value (VND800/ share)

Payment date:                     April 15, 2016

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Vinalink International Freight Forwarders as from April 15, 2016.
