VNE: VNECO to divest from MECA VNECO

On August 16, 2016, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation (VNECO) approved to withdraw capital from its subsidiary Meca Vneco Investment and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company (MECA VNECO JSC):

-          VNECO’s stake in MECA VNECO: 6,310,000 shares (par value: VND10,000/share)

-          Holding ratio: 70.05% of the paid-in charter capital of MECA VNECO

-          Trading method: order-matching and put-through via Upcom

-          Trading time: in Quarter 3.2016

-          Purpose: to restructure portfolio
