VIRESCO: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of Vinh Long Real Joint Stock Company (short name: VIRESCO) as follows:

           Until 16:00 on September 30, 2016 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 15 of Decision No. 367/QĐ-SGDHCM dated September 12, 2016 promulgating the share auction regulation of Vinh Long Real Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
