According to the Resolution No.11/2017/QĐ-HĐQT dated April 28, 2017, BODs of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company approved to set up a  subsidiary as follows:

-          Branch name: Logistics Vincom Co., Ltd.

-          Address: 7 Bang Lang 1 street, Vinhomes Riverside, Viet Hung ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi city.

-          Charter capital: 100,000,000,000 dongs

-          Ratio of capital of VIC in Logistics Vincom Co., Ltd.: 100,000,000,000 dongs (equivalent to 100% of charter capital of Logistics Vincom Co., Ltd.)
