VFS: BoD approves to invest in Ngoc Thao Investment JSC

On June 29, 2017, the Board of Directors of Viet First Securities Joint Stock Company (VFS) approved to invest in Ngoc Thao Investment Joint Stock Company by receiving the transfer of 1,800,000 shares at VND10,000/share. The total value of transfer or the investment cost will be VND18 billion.
