Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No.32 approved business result for Quarter 3.2016 as follows:

 Articles 1: Board approved the problems discussed in meeting on October 14, 2016:

-          Board approved business result for Quarter 3.2016 & first 9 months 2016.

-          Board approved report of operation result of BoD in Quarter 3.2016.

-          Board approved operation plan of BoD in Quarter 4.2016

Articles 2: This resolution will be effective from October 14, 2016.
