VAF: BODs Resolution on cash dividend for 2016

On June 26, 2017, BODs of Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company approved to pay cash dividend for  2016 as follows:

-          Record date: July 13, 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1,000 dongs/share):

+ To pay first cash dividend for 2016: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

+ To pay remaining cash dividend for 2016: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: July 28, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

 + Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.
