Urban Development and Construction Corporation announced the resolution of the 2016 annual general meetingdated April 08, 2016:

Article 1: AGM approved profit and loss in 2015 and plan for 2016:

a)    Consolidated profit and loss in 2015:

-          Production: VND348.89 billion

-          Revenue: VND317.26 billion

-          Profit before tax: VND10.006 billion

b)    Business plan for 2016:

-          Production: VND1,180.33 billion

-          Revenue: VND1,054.00 billion

-          Profit before tax: VND10.006 billion

Article 2: AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2015.

Article 3: AGM approved the report of the Board of Supervisors

Article 4: AGM approved the report of the Board of Directors
