TTF: TTF to be put under special supervision

According to Decision No.326/QD-SGDHCM dated August 08, 2016 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the stock TTF of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation will be put under special supervision status as from August 09, 2016.

-          Reason: According to the Company’s Quarter 2.2016 Financial Statements, the Company recorded a large loss and had a retroactive adjustment with material effect on the business performance of the Company, to protect the investors’ interests as defined in Point 1.2 - Paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Listing Regulation on the Hochiminih Stock Exchange issued with Decision No.10/QD-SGDHCM dated 01/13/2014.

-          TTF shares will be traded only in the afternoon session, according to put-through and order-matching methods.
