TTF: Notice of change of personnel

Based on Resolution No.04-1/NQ.HĐQT & No.05-2/NQ.HĐQT dated April 10, 2017, BOSDs of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation approved the change of personnel as follows:

-          BODs approved the resignation of Ms. Vu Tuyet Hang as CEO cum the legal representative of TTF.

-          BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Mai Huu Tin as CEO cum the legal representative of TTF

-           BODs approved the resignation of Ms. Duong Trinh Thuy Nhu as Deputy CEO of TTF.

-          BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Trong Hieu as Deputy CEO of TTF.

-          BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Tan Thu as Chief Accountant of TTF.

-          BODs approved the appointment of M. Mai Thanh Binh as Chief Accountant of TTF.
