TSC: TSC purchases additional shares of Nong Tin Corp

On November 11, 2015, the Board of Directors of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (hereinafter called TSC) approved to buy additional shares of Nong Tin Corp:

-          Number of shares purchased: 900,000 shares, increasing the owning shares of TSC in Nong Tin Corp to 2,330,000 shares (77.67% charter capital of Nong Tin Corp)

-          Trading time: from November 11, 2015 to the end of November 12, 2015
