TIX: Decision on the first 2016 cash dividend

Based on Decision No.15/QĐ-HĐQT dated June 12, 2017, BODs of Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation approved to pay first cash dividend for 2016 as follows:

-          Record date: June 28, 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1,000 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: July 28, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation.
