The Board of Directors of Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company approved the business plan for TDC Hoa Loi Residential Area Project (Lot HL-D13, HL-D12, HL-E8):

1. Lot HL-D13: “Binh Duong New City Shop House”

-          Number of houses: 37

-          Construction area: 150 m2

-          Floor area: 471 m2

-          Selling price: 4,654,943,700 VND/house

-          Total income: 172,232,916,900 VND

-          Time of implementation: from July to the end of 2017.

2. Lot HL-D12: Houses for workers

-          Number of apartments: 37

-          Construction area: 300 m2

-          Floor area: 478 m2

-          Average selling price: 4,750,000 VND/house

-          Total income: 80,750,000,500 VND

-          Time of implementation: from July to the end of 2017.

3. Lot HL-E8: Houses for workers

-          Number of houses: 44

-          Construction area: 291 m2

-          Floor area: 478 m2

-          Average selling price: 3,397,999,913 VND/house

-          Total income: 149,511,996,172 VND

-          Time of implementation: from July to the end of 2017.
