TDC: Board resolution on the conversion of business type (Spring Window)

According to Board Resolution No.15 dated December 10, 2015, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Trade and Development JSC approved the conversion of business type of subsidiary Spring Window JSC from a joint stock company to a limited company:

-          New company name: Spring Window Co., Ltd.

-          Charter capital, business function: unchanged

-          Representative of Binh Duong Trade and Development JSC at Spring Window Co., Ltd.: Mr. Doan Van Thuan

-          Chairman: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long

-          CEO cum Legal representative: Mr. Do Xuan Au

-          Supervisor: Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nga
