TCT: The record date for AGM 2016 and dividend payment for 2015 in cash

On April 04, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.425/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Tay Ninh Cable Car Tour Company (stock code: TCT) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: April 14, 2016

-          Record date: April 15, 2016

-        Purpose: to organize the 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and dividend payment 10% for 2015 in cash.

1)    Annual General Meeting 2016:

-           Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting date and venue: will be noticed later.

-          Meeting content: 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

2)    Interim dividend for 2015 in cash:

-          Payment ratio: 10%/share (VND1000 for a share)

-          Payment date: May 06, 2016

-            Place & procedure of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will be procedure at Tay Ninh Cable Car Tour Company (on the day of the week), from  May 06, 2016 and please submit ID card.
