TCL: Resolution on dividend payment & AGM

Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company announces the first dividend payment for 2016 and the holding of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

1. The first cash dividend payment for 2016:

-          Payment ratio: 15%/par value (1,500 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: in April 2017

2. The 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: March 28, 2017

-          Meeting time: April 28, 2017
