TCL: Changes the meeting date and venue of AGM 2015

The Board of Directors of Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company unanimously decided to change the meeting date and venue of Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting 2015:

1)    Change of meeting date:

-          Old meeting date: April 08, 2016

-          New meeting date: April 07, 2016

2)    Change of meeting venue:

-          Old meeting venue: Meeting hall of New port – Cat Lai, 1295B Nguyen Thi Dinh Street, Cat Lai Ward, District 2, HCM City.

-          New meeting venue: Meeting hall of Saigon Newport Corporation, 722 Dien Bien Phu St., Ward 22, Binh Thanh Dist., Ho Chi Minh City.
