Saigon General Service Corporation (SAVICO) announced the establishment of subsidiary as follows:

-  Subsidiary: SAVICO Investment Joint Stock Company

-  Charter capital: VND120,000,000,000.

In which: SAVICO owns 99.5% stake or VND119,400,000,000; Other individuals owns 0.5% stake or VND600,000,000.
