• The Board of Directors of Saigontourist Transport Corporation approved the resignation of Mr. Dinh Quang Phuoc Thanh as Board Chairman of TDS as from October 12, 2016.
• The Board of Directors of Saigontourist Transport Corporation approved the appointment of Mr. Kakazu Shogo as Board Chairman of TDS as from October 12, 2016.
• The Board of Directors of Saigontourist Transport Corporation approved the appointment of Mr. Hoang Ngoc Quy as Director of TDS as from October 12, 2016
