STG: Board approves the public tender offer from Gelex

The Board of Directors of South Logistics Joint Stock Company (stock: STG) approved the plan for public tender offer from Vietnam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (Gelex). Accordingly, Gelex will purchase 22,300,000 STG shares.
