SKG: SKG to build Superdong XI

Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company is going to sign an agreement to build Superdong XI Ship with Kaibuok Shipyard (M) SDN.BHD. Here are main contents:

1)    Builder: Kaibuok Shipyard (M) SDN.BHD

-          Address: No.20, 1^st Floor, Tan Sri Road, 96000 Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia

2)    Value of agreement: US$1,490,000; or VND33,539,900,000.

3)    Information on the ship:

-          Length 45.99 meters

-          Speed: 27 nautical miles/hour

-          Tonnage: 275 people   

4)    Place of delivery of ship: Sibu Port, Sarawak, Malaysia

5)    Date of delivery of ship: in 12 months from the signing date of agreement

6)    Warranty: 12 months from the date of delivery of ship.
