SKG: Board resolution on investment projects Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang JSC announced the Board resolution dated February 07, 2017 as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the investment project for Tran De Pier:
- Project: Tran De Pier – Soc Trang
- Area: 04 hectares
- Total investment: VND90 billion. Of which:
+ Phase 1: VND30 billion
+ Phase 2: VND10 billion
+ Phase 3: VND20 billion
+ Phase 4: VND30 billion
- Time of exploitation: Phase 1 will start from Quarter II.2017 and the project will be finished in 2022.
- Time of project: 50 years
Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized the Directorate to execute the project and the investment expense will not exceed VND90 billion.
Article 3: The Board of Directors approved Superdong SF2 Ferry for Ha Tien – Phu Quoc Route
- Operating time: estimated from January 2018
- Total investment: VND48.3 billion.
- Capacity: 229 passengers
Article 4: The Board of Directors approved to select Saigon Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd (SSIC) as the shipbuilding company for Superdong SF2 Ferry for Ha Tien – Phu Quoc Route:
