SII: Resolution on disinvestment and AGM

On March 22, 2016, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation (SII) approved to divest all 25.77% stake or 3,143,440 shares held by SII in Long An Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company.

The Board also approved the meeting time and venue of Annual General Meeting 2016 as follows:

-          Time: 8:30, Friday, April 22, 2016

-          Venue: Hotel Continental Saigon, 132 Dong Khoi, district 1, Hochiminh city.
