Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation announced Resolution No.15 dated October 31, 2016 as follows:

Articles 1:  Board approved to invest in Tan Hiep Water Investment Joint Stock Company:

-     Number of shares expected to transfer: 10,320,000 shares, contributed 43% charter capital of THW.

-     Time of implementation: October, 2016

Articles 2: This resolution will be effective from October 31, 2016.
