SII: Board approves to buy back bonds prior to maturity

The Board of Directors of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation on May 15 approved to repurchase the bonds which were issued to VIB according to the agreement dated December 12, 2016 as follows:

-          Number of bonds registered to repurchase prior to maturity date: maximum of 125 bonds

-          Buying price: VND1 billion/bond

-          Trading period: in Quarter II.2017
