On May 16, 2017, BODs of Son Ha International Corporation approved to set up two subsidiaries as follows:

1. Company name: Son Ha Production and Service Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: SON HA., JSC (SHP)

-          Address: lot CN1, Tu Liem industrial cluster, Minh Khai ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi city, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: 5,000,000,000 dongs (in which SHI contributed 2,550,000,000 dongs)

-          Legal representative: Mr. Vi Cong Nam – Director

2. Company name: Son Ha Business and Project Development Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: SONHA., JSC (SHD)

-          Address: lot CN1, Tu Liem industrial cluster, Minh Khai ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi city, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: 10,000,000,000 dongs (in which SHI contributed 6,900,000,000 dongs)

-          Legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Quoc Trung - Director
