SHI: Board Resolution

Son Ha International Corporation announced Board Resolution dated July 11, 2016 as follows:

1)    The BOD approved to not issue warrant-linked bonds. The company will issue normal bonds and take medium-term loans to fund its projects.

2)    The BOD approved to issue 20 million shares to its shareholders is at the end of 2016 or beginning of 2017.

3)    The BOD approved to issue shares to pay share dividends in the nearest time.
