SGT: Resolution of Annual General Meeting of FY 2016

Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation announced the resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of Fiscal Year 2016 dated April 22, 2017 with following key contents:

1. Approving the 2016 financial statements audited by AISC Co., Ltd.

-          Revenue: 721,404,469,322 VND

-          Profit before tax: 79,119,536,784 VND

-          Profit after tax: 50,998,039,009 VND

1. Approving the business plan for 2017:

-          Charter capital: 740 billion VND 

-          Revenue: 918 billion VND

-          Profit after tax: 180 billion VND

1. Approving to authorize the Board of Directors to choose one of the following audit companies for SGT in 2017:

-          AISC Co., Ltd;

-          AASC;

-          A&C;

-          VAE;

-          PKF Vietnam;

-          Ernst & Young;

-          KPMG.

1. Approving the amendment of business lines of company.  
2. Approving the new charter capital of SGT.
