On September 08, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.960/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for cash dividend payment of Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company (stock code: SFC) as follows:

-        Ex-right date:   September 19, 2016

-        Record date:     September 20, 2016

-        Reason and Purpose:  to pay second cash dividends for 2015 & to pay first cash dividends for 2016

1. 1.    To pay second cash dividends for 2015:

-        Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (1,500dongs/share)

1. 2.    To pay first cash dividends for 2016:

-        Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1,000dongs/share)

-        Payment date: September 30, 2016

-        Place of payment:
